William C. Smith Engineering and Land Surveying was founded in the 1960’s by my father, Nicholas L. Smith P.E., P.L.S. I attended Mississippi State University where I obtained a BS in Civil Engineering. Once I obtained professional licensure in Engineering and Land Surveying I took over the family business.
We specialize in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering. We do Boundary Surveys, Elevation Certificates, Subdivision Design, Structural Engineering, Drainage and Grading plans, Topo Surveys, Construction Stakeout, Water System Design, Sewer System Design, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Land Development Engineering.
